Key Details: Kenneth has 26 years construction experience and worked on outstanding projects with internationally acclaimed curtain wall contractors. These include Permasteelisa Hong Kong, Far East Aluminum, YKK Hong Kong and Builders Federal. His work was primarily on the delivery side of the facade contracts as Project Manager, most of this projects are located in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China; such as Venetian and Sands Hotel in Macau, Pacific Tower in Shanghai, Junefield Plaza in Bejing, East Hotel, Gateway and West Kowloon Railway Link in Hong Kong.

Kenneth has a wide experience in the design of facade systems by companies of different back ground, as well as a solid experience in site works and installation. He is proficient in understanding site labor issues, site access and access equipment as well as supervision and procedures.

His employment with large curtain wall contractors enabled him to gain experience in tendering, material procurement, importance of production drawings, assembly, weather proofing and other pertinent requirements and issues to successfully complete a facade project.

Kenneth joined HS&A in 2013 and is following projects for the firm in the CA stage with emphasis on the drawing and material approvals, factory and site inspections as well as required remedial design and inspection.
