Key Details: Joe has 20 years construction experience and worked on outstanding projects with internationally acclaimed curtain wall contractors. These include Far East Aluminum and YKK in Hong Kong, Zetian Systems Inc and Western Glass Systems Inc in the USA. His scope of work was related the contract delivery of the facades as Project Manager. The majority of his projects are located in Hong Kong, San Francisco and New York.

Joe has gained extensive experience in the design and delivery of facade systems by working for companies of very different back ground, as well as a solid experience in offsite works and installation. He is proficient in understanding site labor issues, site access and access equipment as well as supervision and procedures.

His employment with large curtain wall contractors enabled him to gain experience in tendering, material procurement, importance of submission and production drawings, assembly, weather proofing and other pertinent requirements and issues to successfully deliver a facade project.

Joe joined HS&A in 2017 and is following projects for the firm in the CA stage with emphasis on the drawing and material approvals, factory and site inspections as well as required remedial design and inspection.
